After being accepted onto the ESPRIT team candidates attend orientation training to enable them to be effective the moment they arrive at a showroom, store or counter. Permanent job seekers attend preparatory lectures ahead of being sent out to interview to better prepare them for the demanding world of luxury goods

Contract staff prices are based on the skill and experience of personnel requested, number of staff required, hours to be worked and location.

All placements are guaranteed with a sliding scale refund to reduce the risk of hiring should things not work out. We’re confident though that this guarantee will seldom need to be used. Should anyone from ESPRIT prove to be unsuitable for whatever reason, we will change him or her within 24 hours, whenever possible, with someone better suited for the job.
